PICK UP/RETURN POLICY


Pre-ordered items: No refunds/store credit will not be given due to shipment delays or item being the wrong size. 

In Stock items:

No refunds. If you need to return or exchange your item it must be be done within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be in new condition with tags still intact. If your item(s) were shipped to you, YOU are responsible for paying the returned shipping cost. You will be issued an electronic gift card via email once your item has been received. 

If your item is defective, you will be offered a replacement. If a replacement is unable, you will be offered a store credit or refund.  

No returns or exchanges on personalized items. 

Local Pick Up:

Packages must be picked up within 14 days. If you are unable to pick up due to illness or being out of town, please contact the shop 901-616-6060 to notify us. If your items are not picked up promptly, you will be billed for shipping. If shipping is unpaid after 1 week, you will forfeit your items without refund or store credit AND Little Southern Kids Boutique, LLC is not responsible for your items if not picked up. If you need to return or exchange an item, you will not be able to do so after 14 days. When picking up items, please have photo ID available and be prepared to initial log book upon picking up. Please check your packages before leaving the store to prevent any problems.
