Our spinach casserole is creamy and cheesy and so tasty! While it is usually a side dish that pairs well with our Chicken Spaghetti, it could definitely be a filling entree with garlic bread on the side.
BONUS TIP: Make a spinach artichoke dip easily!
Add Ingredients: 8 oz. cream cheese (softened), 12 oz. can of artichoke hearts, 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
Instructions: Thaw Spinach Casserole. Pour into mixing bowl. Save aluminum pan! Mix in cream cheese and artichoke hearts (pro tip: squeeze to artichokes first to drain excess liquid). Top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Serve with chips or Hawaiian Rolls!
